How it works

Put the Rapid Facer to the back of the bedknife. The super-strong magnets will not come off. Adjust the grinding disc. Turn it on. In 90 seconds you’ll have a perfect front face. It’s done. Remove it.

Step 1

The unit is secured to the bedknife with super-strong magnets.

Step 2

The specially machined head is moved by hand along the precision rail.

Step 3

The disc grinder moves at high speed. Special design features protect the reel.

Step 4

The front edge of the bedknife is faced off and sharpened. Adjust the mower and send it out.
